Your Responsibilities:
Crack briefs with cutting-edge campaigns aligned to client strategies
Collaborate with diverse teams to bring visuals and copy together
Lead projects from inception to completion defending concepts
Guard brand spirit, design style guide, and tone of voice
Create persuasive decks using Adobe Suite, Keynote, Google Slides, and PowerPoint
Stay immersed in competitor creative work, market trends, and tech advancements
Deliver projects on time and budget, proactively solve challenges
Your Skills & Experience:
5+ years agency experience or equivalent managing multi-channel communications
Passion for advertising, culture, music, sports, entertainment, PR, and social
Inspirational creative leadership skills
Proven experience as a conceptual thinker with a desire to change traditional agency norms
Self-managed and disciplined with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for emerging media
A Premier League team player with strong problem-solving skills
