Please note that this is a London-based role, and our current hybrid working arrangement requires office attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays, increasing to three days a week as of September 2024.


Summary of our role


As a Creative Director at Havas Lynx, you are responsible for thinking of insightful and effective conceptual ideas, whilst overseeing and producing impactful and original work which impresses and surpasses the need. You will excel across a broad range of media, whilst pro-actively furthering you and your team’s skills across all areas. You will be a mentor to all Creatives in your team, helping them to fulfil their potential. You will apply your vast experience in guiding projects, taking overall responsibility for them and ensuring all work created by you and your team is of high quality. You will work closely with Strategy to shape big ideas and with Client Services to build strong client relationships, demonstrating an ability to passionately present and sell ideas.


What you can expect to be doing:


  • Lead your team, demonstrating expert capability in understanding and interpreting the clients’ business needs.
  • Overseeing and producing creative work across a broad range of media which is appropriate and exceeds the client’s brief
  • Leading the origination and delivery of conceptual ideas, guiding and shaping ideas within the wider team
  • Take overall responsibility for the creative work you and your project team produce, pushing ideas further when necessary
  • Take full accountability and responsibility for industry leading creative standards for the work you, your team and your agency produce, demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail and ownership
  • Be exceptional at creating an environment for creative to flourish across design, art and copy
  • Develop, evaluate and optimise world class design, art and copy
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, being a point of contact for any senior-level creative enquiries
  • Taking a lead role in client meetings, guiding and advising the client, selling ideas and pushing the brief where appropriate
