Job Description
- Hire and manage a team of Collections Officers
- Analyse discrepancies in the AR function
- Report back to the Finance Manager on team progress
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure all accounting tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies
- Handle complex accounting issues and provide solutions
- Monitor and manage the company's accounts receivable
- A solid understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- An aptitude for problem-solving
- The ability to communicate effectively with team members and other departments
- Familiarity with accounts receivable processes
