KangaTech, a leading sports technology company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As the Business Development Manager for the UK & Europe, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building strategic partnerships in the region.

Our cutting-edge KT360 Testing and Training platform, used by top sporting teams globally, provides accurate and reliable measurement of neuromuscular strength, endurance, and control. By joining our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the UK & Europe and driving the adoption of our innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead the business development efforts in the UK & Europe, including identifying and engaging potential clients and partners
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth
Work closely with the product team to understand customer needs and provide feedback for product improvement and development
Pursue and close sales opportunities, negotiating contracts and pricing
Represent KangaTech at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows
Maintain accurate records of business development activities and report progress to the management team
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Requirements
A self-starter with a proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the sports or technology industry or an experienced performance practitioner looking to diversify their skill set
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
Have a practical understanding of KT360 and/or strength measurement technologies
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of business development targets
Understanding of the sports performance industry, with knowledge of key stakeholders and trends
A desire to establish new and nurture existing distributor relationships
Willingness to travel extensively within the UK & Europe
Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license
Bachelor's degree in an Allied Health discipline, Business, Marketing, or a related field
