KangaTech, a leading sports technology company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As the Business Development Manager for the UK & Europe, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building strategic partnerships in the region.

At KangaTech, we are dedicated to revolutionizing the sports technology industry. Our cutting-edge KT360 Testing and Training platform, used by top sporting teams globally, provides accurate and reliable measurement of neuromuscular strength, endurance, and control. By joining our team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the UK & Europe and driving the adoption of our innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the business development efforts in the UK & Europe, including identifying and engaging potential clients and partners
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth
  • Work closely with the product team to understand customer needs and provide feedback for product improvement and development
  • Pursue and close sales opportunities, negotiating contracts and pricing
  • Represent KangaTech at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and report progress to the management team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions


Requirements

  • A self-starter with a proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the sports or technology industry or an experienced performance practitioner looking to diversify their skill set
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Have a practical understanding of KT360 and/or strength measurement technologies
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of business development targets
  • Understanding of the sports performance industry, with knowledge of key stakeholders and trends
  • A desire to establish new and nurture existing distributor relationships
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the UK & Europe
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver's license
  • Bachelor's degree in an Allied Health discipline, Business, Marketing, or a related field
