A rare opportunity to join the Hennessy UK Marketing team, where you'll play a key role in maintaining the brand's strong momentum and recruiting the next generation of Hennessy consumers. We are seeking a candidate who possesses strong cultural acumen and demonstrates the drive, adaptability and proficiency to deliver exceptional results.

  • The Brand Manager will work hand in hand with the Consumer Engagement Team to develop a set of tools that enable the Sales Team to achieve their targets across On and Off Trade ensuring an integrated and consistent approach to reaching audiences across a wide range of touchpoints.
  • The Brand Manager will always act as Brand Ambassador vis-a-vis trade partners, press, VIPs and other friends of the brand.


STRATEGY

  • Partner with the Senior Brand Manager to shape global strategies and establish a UK-focused strategic approach informed by an understanding of brand health, cultural significance, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Team to create an annual brand plan that aligns with global strategies, achieve sales goals, and meets financial expectations.


MARKETING PROGRAMS / BRAND ACTIVATIONS

  • Design and manage impactful marketing activations from inception to execution that resonate with consumers, drawing on insights and competitive analysis, while staying true to our brand identity.
  • Deliver marketing operational excellence by ensuring ways of working are compliant with standards set by MH & LVMH internal control and in accordance with the Marketing Code of Conduct.
  • Manage POSM, ensuring availability of necessary skus to activate in balance with MH sustainability objectives and local commercial needs.
  • Coordinate with Customer Marketing to tailor activities for specific channels that enhance rate of sale, profitability and brand-building opportunities.
  • Work closely with Communications & Culture and Media teams for holistic communication and engagement strategies that support major brand initiatives and trade relationships.
  • Lead all brand CRM communications and initiatives to build the Hennessy UK database.
  • Ensure program delivery is timely, within budget, and meets quality standards.
  • Assess program outcomes against KPIs, extracting lessons learned for future improvement and recommendations.
  • Utilize Insights Team data for continuous monitoring of brand health and adapt strategies accordingly. Share these insights broadly to guide future activities.


BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

Contribute to delivering the budget & business results for Hennessy Masterbrand

  • Manage the A&P budget meticulously; handle invoicing processes efficiently.
  • Use varied data sources—sales figures, financial reports, market trends—to monitor brand performance and suggest necessary adjustments.

TEAM

  • Nourish and develop internal working relationships at all levels across Maison and Market.
  • Foster management skills, managing an intern, leading their personal development plan and coaching journey over their internship
  • Drive cross-functional coordination between internal teams and external agencies ensuring project excellence.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Safeguard the integrity of the brand's core values, identity and consumer engagement strategy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for commercial growth. Regularly engage in field analysis to gain firsthand experience of trade dynamics.


Professional experience & skills:


  • Minimum 5+ years of strong brand management experience gained in either the premium/luxury goods or FMCG sector.
  • Organized and structured, capable of dealing with several tasks and deadlines simultaneously

Creative with fresh ideas that capture attention

A strong ability to quickly establish cultural relevancy and brand fit

Market and cultural awareness (UK) and an understanding of what drives consumers
