Job Opportunity: B2B Sales Business Manager

Salary: £40k base + £25k OTE

Location: London, Liverpool Street (3 days/2 days Office/Home)

As a B2B Sales Business Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic team, driving growth across the business customer portfolio. We're seeking an entrepreneurial, sales-driven professional to help achieve ambitious acquisition targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own your individual B2B revenue and team order volume target.
  • Grow and manage a pipeline of new business to contribute to your new business target.
  • Build and nurture relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the proposition and product team to develop business propositions.
  • Optimize commercial governance to grow a strategic customer base.
  • Deliver best-in-class relationship management.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
  • Manage and cleanse CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Stay informed of competitor activity and its impact on the channel.
  • Emulate the company’s core principles, USPs, and brand in customer engagements.


Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree Qualified
  • Experience in Business Sales
  • Strong commercial awareness and project management skills
  • Highly organized with an analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to seize new business opportunities and develop business cases
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for confident and professional communication
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in telecoms/broadband B2B environment
  • Good connections and understanding of the London business landscape and landowner market
