Duties and responsibilities related to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage role
- Overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including restaurant s , bar s , events and room service
- In collaboration with the Director of Food & Beverage, develop and implement strategies to maximi z e revenue and profitability
- Participating in the recruitment and selection of F&B colleagues
- Assisting in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan for Food & Beverage operations
- Support the Director of Food & Beverage in a ligning Food & Beverage activities with the overall strategy of the hotel
- Develop the capabilities of the team and have succession plans in place, always thinking ahead and promoting personal growth
