As an Advisory Board member for Gender Networks I advise and mentor the Leaders of Gender Balance Networks across the City from many sectors sharing good practice and effective tools based on my practical experience to drive diversity as a business force for good.
The purpose of the Gender Networks (formerly The Networks of Networks) is to act as a pivotal hub for Women and Gender Balance Networks in the City to collaborate, share knowledge and connect. Gender Networks positions gender equality as a critical business driver and celebrates diversity and difference through its work to promote balance in the workplace.
