Project done to reduce the loss of VAT recoveries for European purchases.

Designed new process, defined metrics to ensure recovery and reduce the leakage. There was a direct impact worth $ 2.8 MM recovered which with out this project would have been a loss.

A project that provides guideline for the small scale service industries to implement Quality ( Lean / Six Sigma ) in their Organizations. This was formulated post analysis and research of well known service providing organizations and also have taken inputs from leading Quality Guru's of the same Organizations.

Project initiated to reduce the Requisition to PO creation span. Reducing the span will have direct positive impact on the OTD.

This VSM based project had multiple Kaizen identifyed and reduced the NVAs in the process ensuring a better and effecient flow. Impacted with ~ > 1500 of time saved / annuam.

Before : POs created by the buyer, Pre-printed paper is loaded to the printer, prints the PO, Fax the PO to inbox, Send it to the supplier.

After : Created a Word template replicating the current PO template, Buyer creates the PO and copies the details in the application using an inbuilt option to paste it in the PO word template.
