“I was Robyn's instructor at GA during her 12-week course in UX. I can comfortably say that Robyn's strengths cover all the different aspects of UX. From research to UI, Robyn shows great potential. I can see her thriving in all the different areas of UX because she brings together a good understanding of the business side as well as empathy for the user. I observed her running user interviews: Robyn has a very approachable and effective way to facilitate these explorative moments with users. With the insights from the interviews she always brought very inspiring and creative solutions to the table. She is young, yet very mature and this shows up in her work. During the course, I was impressed by the amount of work done, the quality delivered and by her presentation skills. She has a very positive approach and did very well in her group and client project where being a team player was key for the success of the project.”

Health
The Ronald McDonald Huis Leiden, the parents, brothers and sisters of children who are admitted to the Leiden University Medical Center are able to stay for a reduced fee which is often reimbursed. The House receives no subsidy from the government and is dependent on donors, sponsors and volunteers.
My role was to clean the 3 houses from top to bottom, every Wednesday for 4 hours for 3 years.
