What are some ways to create a sustainable revenue stream for your social enterprise?
I am a big fan of a customer funded business model. Which means having a deep understanding of your target customers what are their pains, needs and gains and how your product solves one or all of these. In addition you need to think about how your proposition is relevant and differentiated vs competitors. As a social enterprise this is where your purpose and values can be a real USP. Ensuring your proposition is aligned with purpose is key. Good luck.

What are the most effective methods for stress testing risk appetite and tolerance?
I am a big fan of ‘Begin with the end’ in mind thinking and working backwards from the destination to where you are and thinking through the challenges and issues to get there. Once you have done this you can develop a clear and coherent game plan to get there.
