DTMI was responsible for brands such as Young, Black and Successful, 2020 Vision Leadership, the Great Debate Tour and ACAR University Leadership Programme (A cut above the rest).

    Destined to Make it Youth CIC was created as a 3rd tier community organisation, offering services to local governments/councils, schools, colleges and others. DTMI was responsible for brands such as Young, Black and Successful, 2020 Vision Leadership, the Great Debate Tour and ACAR University Leadership Programme (A cut above the rest).

    The organisation engaged well over 10,000 young people, and had over 100 young people aged 16 - 25 go through the flagship peer leadership and development program. These 100 young people have gone on to employment, higher education and further training after completing the leadership program.

    The organisation was completely youth-led and delivered over 10 events a year, working with organisations such as Southwark Council, Stephen Lawrence Trust, LOCOG and General Electric.

    The organisation also carried out several consultation and research exercises for fellow NGO's and third sector organisations.

    = Managed a team of 12 student volunteers
