- To provide employees with the opportunity to discuss topical issues and network with other staff.
- To maintain and disseminate information on national and local Multi-Faith, diversity and inclusion policies and resources.
- To provide a named contact for staff that request information, advice and guidance (in confidence).
- To signpost employees to relevant organizations and services which address Multi-Faith issues both locally and nationally as appropriate.
- To deal with tension between company policy and faith practice.
- To work in partnership with other Multi-Faith networks.
- Helping to promote company behaviours & values through our work.
I have a strong leadership team that working improve interfaith dialogue to remove barriers amongst employees in order to improve dialogue, openness leading to a healthy work environment.

Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust invited Laing O’Rourke to research in to how clinical administration currently operates within the Trust and report on the potential quality, cost and efficiency improvements. Laing O’Rourke appointed a team from its leadership programme to undertake the task.
