Sales roles are known for high turnover, on average in the UK this ranges from 20-30% in sales positions. ⏰ Revenue roles should bring money into the business, but when they don't work out it's a double whammy... Example Calculation when a new sales hire doesn't work out after 6 months: Annual Salary: £50k Recruitment Costs: £10k Training Costs: £7k Lost Productivity & Sales: £25k (half year impact) Total Estimated Cost: £92,000...ouch 🤔 On average this calculation applies to at least 20% of sales hires in the market. For a sales team of 10 people this costs a business £184,000 annually. Assessing Sales Behavioural Competencies is perhaps the most cost-effective way of reducing this productivity burden.
