Brought in to help on an iAd for BMW and some Front End work for Barclays Life Skills. The BMW advert built upon my previous work I had already done with the iAd framework. Barclays Life Skills was made up of lots of JavaScript interactive content including games and puzzles, all of which were written from scratch using Vanilla JS.

There were three main projects I worked on while at Wonga, Evergreen web application, a cross-browser extension and Wonga’s new mobile app. Each app had its own technology based on what was needed, all used Grunt for a build system. The browser extension and Evergreen web app both used Vanilla JavaScript MVC, whereas the new mobile app Angular was used. As Angular was in its infancy at the time, we spent a lot of time contributing to the community as well as defining best practices and patterns…

Hired to help on an interactive video project for Nokia. The user could choose their own journey through the videos, which meant I had to rely on my experience and expertise of working with video and also understanding how browsers preload content. It was written in HTML5, Vanilla JS and CSS, using the Popcorn Library for interactions with video clips.
