“I worked closely with Kirsten for around 9 months on the Ecologi Zero platform. During this time we coordinated user testing sessions, ran discovery research, put together workshops, and had many ideation sessions. I found that he was somebody who wasn’t scared of asking the hard questions that others weren’t up for asking. If something wasn’t clear, he would ensure that they became clear by the end of the meeting. He did this in a way that was unassuming, ensuring that the outcome was achievable for all involved. When working together on the value proposition work, Kirsten had a toolkit of insightful methodologies to put to use yet he was also keen to try other ways of working. What I enjoyed most about working with Kirsten was his focus on the users' needs, something that as a designer is hard to find in a product manager.”
