One of the things most important when assessing skills is the ability to quantify those skills. It shouldn't be reliant on subjective opinions, or else you run the risk of inconsistency further on in rep development. Especially with larger teams

How do you network and refer to overcome IT sales objections?
This is too simplistic. You can't choose to 'focus' on prospects that have problems you can solve. That's something that you'd discover further in the process. Focus on seeing where you've delivered success, and looking for prospects that are LIKELY to have the same issues as those you've already helped. Then use the customer success stories and case studies as a tool to increase the perceived likelihood of success.

What are the best time management techniques for IT sales account management?
Know that 80% of your revenue will likely come from 20% of your clients. Identifying the clients that are likely to form part of that 20% is essential. The sweet spot is clients that will yield high margin/revenue yet you have the likelihood of winning. Don't focus on the whales or the sprats, 80% of your prospect list should be made of dolphins.
