I joined Arcadia in 2000 and 6 months later was offered the opportunity to manage Oxford St, The City and Surrounding towns. Customer service levels on the area were the worst of all the areas in the UK. The worst KPI performance in the company. I was determined to change that so I created my own training plan, delivered training to all managers, introduced video mystery shopping as a training tool (something Arcadia had never done before) and improved service levels across the area so much so…
