“I had the pleasure of reporting to Ian who was also my coach and mentor at IBM. Ian was my first boss at IBM when I joined the business as a graduate, straight out of university. Ian's ability to structure a team, gain respect from everyone who worked alongside him, bring out the very best in those who worked for him and ultimately deliver results came so naturally to him and I'm so grateful to have started my career working for him. I owe much of how I conduct myself in business from what I learned during my time in Ian's team. Any employee would be lucky to have Ian as their boss.”
