What is great customer service??? Over the years in the automotive industry if there is onething I have always tried to up hold is great customer service. Why?? Customer are spoilt for choice when coming to where they can buy a vehicle but what would make them buy a car from you??....that is where great customer service comes ins- being able to understand your customers needs and wants and be able to service them to their satisfaction. Sometimes this might mean not doing the deal in the month you need it to happen...but doing the deal when it is best suited for your client, this is when you put yourself in your clients shoes and guide them make the best decision. Historically, you were able to carry on with your monthly payments for a period of time that almost had no end date, with the idea that you would use this time to secure another vehicle or continue using your vehicle whilst waiting for your new one to arrive.
