Co-led an 18 month long project alongside Google to develop the News Sustainability Project - a leading industry effort (involving 450+ news organisations) to more deeply understand, measure and enable the drivers of publisher sustainability across the world. This led to the creation of a Publisher Sustainability Diagnostic that news organisations can do to benchmark their own performance.
