My current role entails obtaining financial support for the group through sponsorships and organising sales. This role has helped me developed my leadership skills and adopt a proactive approach

    Team leader for a group of eight people responsible for the safety and welfare of 2200 scouts from across the world, which required clear and goal-oriented communication. To increase efficiency I took the initiative to restructure shifts, which also improved attendance and team morale. This led to the new system being adopted throughout the HR department as a whole. Taking on this role taught me how to lead multi-national teams efficiently through clear and goal-oriented communication

    Worked as part of a team which planned and led a camp for all Norwegian scouts aged 16 and above. I was responsible for the daily programmes for the scouts and recruited people to oversee the activities. Through this role, I developed my communication skills and ability to manage projects, as I have head of several committees during the planning process.
