“Dylan, has been with GroupM for nine years, lastly in the role of EMEA GroupM Global Chief People Officer. During this time, he became one of my closest strategic colleagues providing tremendous support, and also added value to our work. He contributed greatly to Diversity, Ethnics & Inclusion projects in EMEA region and has had a big impact on the growth of our business and the evolution of the People team. During navigating the COVID-19 crisis he has done a phenomenal job and initiated GroupM Mental Health programme and put his all effort to accomplish this project. Dylan has worked on many initiatives about inclusion, gender equality, supporting women leadership and presenting equal opportunities & conditions for women in workplaces. I appreciate his depth of knowledge of the region, his responsiveness, attention to detail and for his many years of leadership and service. He’s truly been a pleasure to work with.”
