    Nectar eShops is a microsite where you can collect Nectar points on your online shopping. Through user research and analytics we created a site based around the user and there needs. The result was a redesign that increased click throughs and user engagement.

  • Nectar Mobile & Tablet apps

    As part of Nectar's multi channel strategy we developed new apps for the IOS and Android platforms with a key focus on having these available to card holders in time for Christmas 2013.

    A rebuilding of the registration process for nectar. The main enhancement was making the process responsive and removal of certain pain points.

    Nectar is becoming more digital and not just a plastic card within a bricks and mortar setting. By building open API services Nectar is able to allow card holders to the scheme at the point of sale on digital channels.

  • Westminster City Council Website

    The City University Lab was commissioned to undertake a research project looking at the Westminster City Council website. This research project included 3 phases of research to suggest improvements that could be made to the site.

    The following methodology was used :
    • Phase 1 - Inspection of Google Analytics and an Expert Review
    • Phase 2 - One to one interviews with users of the website
    • Phase 3 - Lab based user testing of the website
