Hatch was awarded a "Santander Changemaker Award" and received £10,000 as parting our successful crowdfunding campaign to bring 3 derelict shops on East Street Market (South London) back into use. Hatch was awarded a "Santander Changemaker Award" and received £10,000 as parting our successful crowdfunding campaign to bring 3 derelict shops on East Street Market (South London) back into use. The campaign gained traction on London Live TV and in the radio. The overall crowdfunding campaign and fundraising efforts to bring 3 spaces back into use brought in over £200,000. Since 2017, over 500 events were run in the space involving over 5,000 local people, over 90 enterprise programmes were delivered, and over 3,000 cups of coffee served (all social enterprise coffe "Made in Peckham")
