STEM - Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths was established to motivate children aged 4-19 and support Teachers using industry based professionals who have an interest in enhancing and encouraging children and teenagers into a more technical world. Whilst supporting STEM I hope to offer back some of my life experiences that will support the transit of people into more technical careers ensuring the UK plugs longer term skill gaps. I've worked as a supporter of the main UK Recruitment Trade Body (REC) since 2007, this has facilitated support of other members in the REC through to the ability to work through forums, policy committees and work groups in the enhancement of legislative change and its inception into the UK employment market.
