“I was fortunate enough to work with Ben whilst he was head Creative Director at Kameleon. Approachable, smart and full of energy, Ben has an extraordinary ability to inspire not only his team and studio, but the rest of the agency and clients alike. A perfect example of a CD who leads from the front but isn’t afraid to get in the trenches to get a job done. Undoubtably talented, Ben is a true team player, value-driven, hands on, strategically and creatively minded and most importantly really cares about the work created for clients. Whilst continually pushing the creative, he’s passionate about the industry, which shows in his work and can sell in an idea or concert with integrity and conviction. Ben not only formed great relationships with his colleagues and peers at Kameleon but also with clients who trusted and believed in his creative vision, even when he challenged theirs! On a personal level Ben is a lot of fun to be around and brings great energy to a team. He’d be an asset to any company and will be solely missed. I learnt a great deal whilst working alongside Ben on various creative campaigns during our time together and look forward to seeing, what I have no doubt, will be superb work he’ll create next. ”
