“I remember first zoning into Andrea's world. It was at the Best Business Women Awards 202I. took the lift up to the Sky Bar at the Hilton in Wembley and was greeted by group of colourful, effervescent individuals that I was drawn to. And wanted to party with. And get to know. #OMG! What a vibe. Right there in the middle of the collective was Andrea. An emerald green goddess with her terific team in tow. That nightt Andrea went home with a gong. Quite right too. For Best Boss. What an accolade. Hardly surprising as she is clearly a leader. And leaders open their world to their team - which Andrea clearly does. Fast forward to a Sister Snog event. Jubilee-&-Jubilations. A Wonderful-One-Off open to those curiously curious non-members. Andrea went from curious to 100% #hokiekockie. You know- when you put your whole self in. When the opportunity to be a co-author and co-collaborator on a #bookiewookie - Andrea was first in the queue. Fast forward. Now she's a co-author of an Amazon #bestseller. A #collaborette thru-and-thru and amazing member of the #sistersnog Tribe. There are many touchpoints of admiration where Andrea touches & inspires me: 1. I'm rather drawn to invidivuals who create a look that reflects who they are and where they are going. Tick. There's never an event where Andrea doesn't stand out from the crowd. And if you are building a stand out #personsonalbrand take a leaf from Andrea. 2. I love go-getters with a vision who don't think about it, but actuallt make it happen. Andrea shared that she was heading for the speaker circuit and low-&-behold she's on it. I look forward to being in the audience when she gives her #TEDTalk. Which I have absolutely no doubt will happen. 3. Personal style rocks my boat. I never ever have seen Andrea step out being nothing less than a 100% smokin' and an utterly inspriational #femalefounder to watch and follow. Because her footsteps have walked quite a path. Get to know her and maybe she'll tell you more about her story. Check her out. And be inspired. Andrea L Richards is one to watch. One to follow. And one beacon that is shedding a bright light on the business landscape.”

Businesswoman Andrea L Richards from Accounts Navigator Associates Limited won Gold Award for Best Boss in this prestigious competition which seeks to find the very best female business talent from across the UK and Internationally. Accounts Navigator Associates is an experienced practice working as your partners to take control of your finance functions.
Despite a global pandemic, the sheer resilience of female entrepreneurs shone through. All winners, selected by a panel of business experts, demonstrated a flair for entrepreneurship, tenacity, and determination.
The Best Businesswomen Awards are designed to recognise the achievement of those women across a wide range of business categories and are open to any female business owner not just from the UK, but a new category for 2021, International Businesswoman, recognises women based anywhere in the world!
Debbie Gilbert, the organiser of The Best Businesswomen Awards, said, ‘This is a tough competition judged by business experts. To win is a major achievement. Winners were selected for their business acumen, creativity, and high levels of customer care. Our winners are shining examples of outstanding entrepreneurs who have proved their success to our judges and have shown they have the ingredients worthy of being recognised and rewarded.
The judges commented, "Andrea is an inspirational leader. From providing diverse opportunities, changing lives, to creating a very happy and supportive workforce and environment Andrea received numerous nominations sharing her selfless ethos across her workplace. Paid for training, wellbeing support and ongoing daily, weekly and monthly communication on-line and face to face keeps everyone motivated, valued and listened to." -
