  • INTERVIEW: Examining the leadership, trust, organisational performance and societal value equation

    PwC

    A recently launched initiative by the World Economic Forum, advised by PwC, seeks to paint a fuller picture on Trust. Titled “The Leadership, Trust and Performance Equation,” the project will analyse the impact of trust and the costs of trust deficiency to business and society. It will also identify good practices in (re)building trust, and highlight the ways different leaders build trust, which helps to make businesses, industries and economies more resilient and foster general well-being.
