New regulations often require new solutions. Origami came to us when they needed to update their services to meet new compliance requirements. With our development teams’ support from information gathering to implementation, testing and deployment we worked together to successfully build these requirements into their global platform (and multiple third-party platforms), allowing Origami to support all required services across Great Britain. We’re proud to say that The Dynamic Containment implementation was a first in the industry and done ahead of schedule, making Origami the first technology provider to pass the National Grid’s Market Participant Testing. We believe that inspiration can come from anywhere. This 4th-generation woodworker’s approach resonated with us - showing a creative, solution-based attitude we recognise in the best of our clients. After all, wanting to improve efficiency and reduce costs are challenges ALL businesses can understand, whether they work with traditional materials or cutting edge digital technologies. Making high-quality, handmade furniture is a time-consuming process. So when success and orders started ramping up for Ros Broughton, he faced a challenge: how to keep up with demand? His solution was to craft a series of machines that handled the repeatable parts of his process, allowing him to focus on the more bespoke elements of his work. This quickly saved him time and enabled him to produce more product, faster - and ultimately to grow his business. It's brave for someone to look at their business and ask: “what could be better?; What is holding us back?; Will our product be the same if we change…?” But this mindset is crucial for growth, and is the starting point for any conversation we have with our clients. The challenge for every business is different. Ros needed to find a balance between increasing output and maintaining the quality of his handcrafted product. He looked at the technology available, created something cutting edge in his field and used it to great advantage. We work with our clients to explore thousands of ways to help them solve their unique problems, creating custom solutions that take advantage of the latest available technology in their respective industries.
