About us

Frank is a creative agency that helps brands lead, drive and own conversations. With offices in London, Manchester and Sydney, we create insight-led campaigns that generate buzz, kick-start a reaction and make a real difference. Offline, online, digital, social, influencers, paid, owned, earned, shared - or whatever the buzzwords of the moment are - we believe great ideas are at the heart of it all, and are, by their very nature, channel-neutral. Great ideas get people talking. We’ve developed a detailed approach and methodology to help engineer this. We call it Talkability® and it’s at the core of everything we do. And we believe in it so much, it’s been a registered trademark of Frank since the day we started. Which explains that little ®.

This week at Frank we hosted the Mana Mural for Teremana Tequila, featuring the main man himself Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, to encourage Londoners to ‘Share the Mana’.   With Mana meaning good energy and a shared spirit of gratitude, people were invited to share their messages of positivity on a hand painted mural in East London.    The heartwarming spread of messages on the wall resulted in a nice spread of coverage. #ShareTheMana #Teremana

This week at Frank… We brewed up a storm for our client Estrella Galicia, a fourth-generation family-owned brewery which has been making beer in the same Galician region of Spain since 1906. We produced a video skit to call out the beer brands that are not as authentic as they might appear, to amplify the brand’s Spanish not Span-ish campaign. Combined with a killer stat that revealed a shocking 80% of the top ‘world lagers’ in the UK are actually brewed domestically, cue a brew-tiful spread of national coverage.   We like to say it how it is. Frank by name and frank by nature. If you want some straight talking, no nonsense thinking - get in touch #welcometofrank #wtf

This week at Frank… We worked with our client Estrella Galicia to launch the UK’s biggest Spanish Food Festival, Estrella Galicia Gastronomy Month, as it returns for its fourth year. The annual food and drink festival brings together over 120 top restaurants and bars to celebrate the flavours of Spain and the refreshing taste of Estrella Galicia beers. Distinguished chefs such as Michelin starred Nieves Barragán Mohacho from Sabor, Antonio Gonzalez Milla and Francisco Jose Torrico AKA ‘Paco’ of Barrafina, Owen Morgan of Bar 44 Tapas y Copas, Dan Keane from Urban Brewing, and Caroline Martins of Sao Paulo by Caroline Martins, curated a six-course tasting menu, each course expertly paired with an Estrella Galicia beer for the exclusive launch event. Tickets are on sale now for Gastronomy Month, on sale now. And if you fancy a taste of Frank thinking, get in touch. #GastronomyMonth #EstrellaGaliciaUK #welcometofrank #wtf

Today at Frank… We worked with our client, Riverford Organic Farmers to place 49 scarecrows outside Parliament to represent the 49% of fruit and veg farmers who believe they’ll be out of business within a year with treatment by supermarkets cited as the leading cause. Guy Singh-Watson, Riverford Organic’s founder, lent his voice to The Scarecrow Protest which was attended by BBC, ITV, Sky News, GB News, The Press Association and the story has gone far and wide already with hundreds of media covering this latest stage in the #GetFairAboutFarming campaign. In September we launched the campaign with an open letter to the Big Six supermarkets calling for fairer treatment of farmers. The campaign was backed by industry bodies, MPs and many recognisable faces backed the campaign including TV presenters Julia Bradbury, Jimmy Doherty and Chris Packham, Dragon’s Den star Deborah Meaden, chefs including Rick Stein and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, and conservationist Ray Mears. The accompanying e-petition amassed over 112,000 petition signatures to drive it to the doorsteps of Parliament. 16:30 22nd Jan, marks the moment where the amendments to the Grocery Supply Code of Practice (GSCP) we’ve campaigned for will be debated in Parliament. This landmark moment is the latest milestone in our work with Riverford Organic to protect the future of British farmers and our countryside, To support the campaign and back the future of British farming, watch the debate here: https://lnkd.in/gvtasJRX #welcometofrank #WTF #GetFairAboutFarming
