FUSE offers 40,000 sq ft of functional workspace near the redeveloped Battersea Power Station - the location provides an opportunity for professionals to engage with one of London's emerging neighborhoods 🏙️. The area uniquely blends work and life elements, setting it apart from other parts of the city. It was truly a treat for our studio to work with such impressive architecture, bringing the vision to life through renders and showcasing the space's potential design. Our team just completed an impressive project at 80 Goswell Road EC1, working with Derwent London. See how we've brought Allford Hall Monaghan Morris vision to life - from the adaptable ground floor to sleek upper offices, our CGIs managed to capture the essence of this revamped industrial gem and highlight its design details.

Zinko, a new office quarter located in Södermalm in Stockholm, consists of five buildings on Hornsgatan, creating a perfect quarter full of high-end office spaces and all the necessary amenities. Created with employers' well-being in focus, the development is thoughtfully designed with an emphasis on environment and ecology—all buildings aim to reach the Outstanding level in BREEAM in-use environmental certification. The LaSalle Residences, located on the most historic and prominent block in the LaSalle Street Historic District of Chicago, is undergoing an extensive refurbishment and we’re excited to be a part of this huge undertaking!   We’ve been commissioned to create a set of renders that showcase the project in its full glory — a luxury collection of residential units that spans the center of 208 South LaSalle. THE TYPEWRITER BUILDING Having undergone a comprehensive transformation, The Typewriter Building now boasts 22,000 SQ FT of contemporary refurbished office space across seven floors. Originally designed by renowned architects Richard Seifert and William Frischmann in 1956 as the headquarters of Typewriter Sundries Ltd, the building embodied the spirit of modernity with its sleek lines. Reimagined by Cowie Montgomery Architects, it meticulously respects the conservation area with restored staircases and parquet wooden flooring, while unlocking the site's potential through sensitive extensions at the main roof and rear. 🇬🇧🗞️ Union House sits at the heart of London’s Southbank, surrounded by the best bars, restaurants, markets, and cultural institutions. Situated in a historic former paper factory, beautifully restored to create an inspiring workspace, we’re certain it will bring people together and help businesses thrive. For this project, CLI Dartriver collaborated with Vitra for the design, manufacture, and delivery of the high-end office furniture. Their mutual dedication to sustainability, quality, and attention to detail is a testament to the level of ambition and attention to detail of Union House, and it was a great source of inspiration to us. 🇺🇸 🏢 🌬️ In September 2022, the ambition to revitalize the historic LaSalle Street Corridor in Chicago was announced. A joint venture between Prime/Capri Interests LLC, The Prime Group, Inc., and Capri Investment Group rose to the occasion and proposed converting 111 West Monroe into a mixed-use building that will house 349 apartments and 226 hotel rooms. We couldn’t be prouder to have been entrusted with this spectacular project!
