🚨We're Hiring🚨 Communications Coordinator Full-time contract £29,886 per annum, plus great benefits! A great opportunity to work for Surrey Students' Union is available as we look to grow our Communications team with the addition of our new Communications Coordinator role. The Communications Coordinator will support the activities of the Communications Team, led by the Communications Manager. They will be responsible for producing content and developing a range of communication solutions, ranging from digital and print-ready design, through to written copy and electronic newsletters. The role will also support our Sabbatical Officer team, working closely with the relevant Zone Managers. They will be responsible for helping staff and officers develop their services, campaigns and communications through developing innovative ideas and initiatives ensuring students are receiving relevant and vibrant information about their Union. The role holder will work with the Communications Manager to ensure the Union excels in its student communication provision, so that all students can benefit from timely, engaging and relevant information during their time at Surrey. The Union’s communications channels should be a place where all students can find the information they need, when they need it, and our Communications team must deliver a provision that all students can enjoy, regardless of their interests or their background. 🚨We're Hiring🚨 Support Coordinator 1 year fixed-term contract £29,886 per annum, plus great benefits! An exciting opportunity to work at Surrey Students' Union is available as we look for a new Support Coordinator to join us within our Support Zone. As Support Coordinator, you will work within the Support Zone, whose role it is to ensure students have all the support they need to be successful at Surrey during their University life. The Zone helps students and also enables students to help each other. The Support Zone offers free, impartial, and confidential advice to students across campus on a range of academic and housing issues. This includes - Academic Appeals, Academic Integrity, Extenuating Circumstances, Disciplinary Proceedings, Support to Study, Fitness to Practise and Complaints against the University.
