❌ We have all heard stories like this: You have decided to implement a new autonomous cleaning robot. Prior to the purchase, the sales representative from the provider worked with your team to estimate the potential savings. The robot promised to reduce cleaning time by 70%, allowing staff to focus on more engaging activities. However, the initial launch by your team highlighted a significant issue: the robot's startup process was difficult and non-intuitive. Despite its advanced cleaning capabilities, the robot's complex interface led to frequent calls for technical support. This complexity meant that the team spent as much time on cleaning as before, negating the expected return on investment.
