It was super interesting to talk about wines of altitude with Castello di Albola during their masterclass last Monday. The incredible freshness and balance of their Chianti and Super Tuscans comes from the perfect balance between soil and microclimate, aided by the altitude between 300 and 700 asl of their beautiful vineyard in Radda in Chianti.
