Last Sunday, Alan Jones, Tim Donaghy, Guy Perring and Tristan Rowcliffe took part in the "Break the Cycle" cycling event organised by Bristol Sport Foundation. The team covered 100 miles through the beautiful Somerset countryside, including a monstrous climb up Cheddar Gorge. It was a test of endurance lasting over six hours, fuelled by energy gels, Haribo, pasta, determination, and teamwork. Despite a crash early on in the cycle, the team powered through and had an unforgettable experience. A massive thanks to Bristol Sport for organising the event… Especially the Nando's UK & IRE at the end.
