Last week was huge for our PepsiCo UK Bevs team - activating two brands across TRNSMT and Wireless - but what did they get up to? Our teams were on site at the festivals for Pepsi at Wireless, and Rockstar at TRNSMT - coordinating creators, setting up and managing content studios at both sites to get that real-time content up and running, and collaborating with clients and cross-agency teams. Wow what a 3 years it has been... I'm 1 month away from my 3 year work anniversary at NewGen, which naturally makes me more reflective than usual. At LOT has changed in that 3 years. Not only do we have a new name (bye bye Kairos, hello NewGen!) but we've got a new attitude to match. We have grown up a hell of a lot over the last 3 years and we've learnt a lot of lessons. But the one thing that remains consistent - whether it's Kairos or NewGen - is the people. And the people are what make this agency great - aware I'm going to sound like every other manager on this platform but it really is true that the people at NewGen are something else. I've never worked somewhere where literally every single staff member works incredibly hard, is so dedicated to producing the best work, and everyone wants to work collaboratively. In so many places it feels are if you're in opposition with the other teams you're meant to be working alongside (which I've never understood) so it feels great to work at a place where we all know that the only competition is our actual competitors. #rebrand #celebration #newgen #agencylife

With season six of Overwatch 2®: Invasion approaching, Activision Blizzard wanted to increase awareness, consideration, and engagement of the game, and reach Gen Z audiences. So, what did we do? We instigated a global invasion of creator streams, and hacked them. Enlisting John Cena as ‘The Enigma’ - the mysterious figure warning of the invasion. The result? A globally trending activation that created a community of captivated Overwatch players who came together to decode the messages from The Enigma.
