The Effective Transitions Fund was launched in 2021 with funding from JPMorganChase. Over two years 10 Careers Hubs designed and delivered bespoke #careers support interventions for over 1,000 young people facing significant barriers and at risk of not remaining in #education or #training. Findings from Phase 1 of the programme show that: ⭐ 94% of young people entered a post-16 destination. ⭐ 93% sustained their education and training, compared to 82.6% of all young people.
