Last month the Marine Wildlife Survey (MWS) team gathered in Chester for an in-person day where they enjoyed various activities such as 'pin the tail on the donkey', bringing much laughter and collaborative discussions on enhancing processes and outputs within the team. The meeting featured insightful presentations by Sector Director Steph McGovern, Divisional Director Beth Jones and Associate Director Ali Cotton. Icebreaker activities, a pleasant lunch, and a roundtable brainstorming session. The final session focused on innovation, with presentations from various APEM Group divisions.
