We’re fitting solar panels at our site in Sens, France, which will help towards #TeamTechnipFMC’s target of reducing our greenhouse gas emissions by 50 percent by 2030. The facility’s roof will be covered with 550 square meters of photovoltaic cells which, on sunny days, will generate all the energy needed there. 🌞 Sens joins a number of our facilities worldwide where we’re using renewable energy generated on site to reduce our Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. #ESG #TechnipFMCproud

Deep Explorer looked pretty as a picture as she called into Bay Bulls in Newfoundland, Canada ahead of a project recently. And while she looks great, she means business. 💜 Deep Explorer is one of our three diving support vessels, supporting up to 24 divers who help us deliver subsea projects including construction activities and inspection, maintenance, and repair work. The vessel is also kitted out with remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) to support activities, and a dynamic positioning system that keeps her exactly where she has to be to get the work done safely and efficiently. 👉 Want to know more about our vessel capabilities? The wonders you see when your job lets you explore hundreds of meters below the waves… A Greenland shark paid a visit to one of our remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) as our team prepared for work on a project off the coast of Norway. These sharks are mysterious creatures which inhabit the deep, far from human reach. Experts believe Greenland sharks grow to up to seven meters long, can live for 500 years, and have an appetite for almost anything. But we can categorically say that ROVs are not on their menu – and that you’ll have amazing experiences you never anticipated if you work with TechnipFMC. #TeamTechnipFMC #EnergyToTransform

Who’s won a best paper award at the Ocean, Offshore, and Arctic Engineering Expo in Singapore? We’re #TechnipFMCproud to say that our umbilicals team has! Their contribution was named best paper in the pipelines, risers, and subsea systems symposium at OMAE 2024. The paper tackles a challenge the industry has faced for 30 years: the effect handling loads has on a system’s service life. Through testing and simulation, our team in Newcastle, UK, were able to define new limit states – expanding our knowledge and pushing our technology forward.
