We’re delighted to announce that the PMA has featured a new Suvera case study on how PCNs and GP practices have optimised hypertension management. It takes a closer look at how virtual clinics have supported Enfield South West PCN and Half Penny Steps Health Centre to improve blood pressure control across their population.
