    It's been an epic month for team Sopro! 🎉 We celebrated our 9th birthday at Brighton Yellow Wave, enjoying some beach volleyball fun. Meanwhile, at our Skopje office, we marked this milestone with a vibrant tropical-themed party. 🌈 The Pride Quiz Night in our Brighton Office was a huge success, thanks to the fabulous cabaret superstar Ophelia Payne. Together, we raised money for Brighton Rainbow Families. 🏐 We held our first volleyball game of the year in Skopje. Despite the rainy spring, we had a blast on the sand. Another fun and competitive team bonding session! 🚵♂️ Our Skopje team enjoyed a Hike & Bike adventure at Vodno, exploring the breath-taking landscapes and rich history. 🏆 A special shout out to Sopro's Global Office & Facilities Manager Monika Prendikj Spasovska who earned 2nd place for International Office Manager of the Year 2024 category at the Office Management Awards! #LifeatSopro

    Has your sales team started suggesting they can take it easy until September because “you can’t sell over summer”..?     Today's lesson: How to write a LinkedIn summary 🤓 Social selling is all about your prospects, but your LinkedIn summary should be your moment to stand out. Forget blending in with the lacklustre and outshine the competition with 2600 characters ✍ 🔹 What to include: - Explain your role: Detail what you do, how you do it, and why you enjoy it. Highlight successful outcomes you’ve delivered for clients or key products/services you offer. - Showcase strengths and achievements: What are your key strengths? Support them with impressive stats and achievements from your career. - Avoid jargon: Keep it simple and clear. Avoid industry-specific jargon to prevent alienating potential prospects. - Use keywords: Incorporate relevant keywords to improve your profile's visibility within your industry and to your target audience. - Be concise: The first three lines are crucial. Grab attention with impactful information that benefits potential collaborators. - Include a CTA: Make it easy for people to get in touch with you by including a clear call to action and your contact information. - Keep it snappy: Avoid large blocks of text.
