⚽ 168 football pitches worth! That's how many carpet tiles we could manufacture with the amount of yarn in stock at our manufacturing plant in Scotland. The stats: 700 tonnes of yarn in stock is enough to produce 1.25 million sqm of carpet tile which would cover 168 football pitches. Design Awards 2024: Meet the Judge Tuna Hakan Ersavas Architect at THE Architects Turkey Tuna is a highly experienced architect and interior designer. Graduating from Istanbul Technical University, he specialized in hospitality, retail, and educational projects during his tenure at Metex Design Group in Italy and Turkey offices. With expertise in retail design and project management, Tuna successfully oversaw the construction of Duty Free stores across 23 airports in 9 countries for ATÜ Duty Free and UNIFREE Duty Free. Tuna joined Tétris as Country Director managing the European "Design & Build" company owned by JLL and in 2019, he established his own company, focused on innovative design, build quality, and superior customer satisfaction. NEWS!  By becoming an official Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd (SATCoL) Flooring Partner, we have created the largest carpet tile reuse network in the UK. Our partnership ensures that used carpet tiles are transported to and graded at one of SATCoL's network of 40 donation centres before being made available to Housing Associations and Local Authorities for reuse. A win-win meaning that carpet tile is diverted away from landfill to support vulnerable communities. This new service expands our re[TURN]™ Reclamation Programme for flooring, and is also open to carpet tile products from other manufacturers that unlike Shaw Contract products can't be close loop recycled at the end of their life.
