🦋 We were in in two minds whether to write a caption or not for this post but we didn’t want to leave a blank space 😉 Scope have recently made the switch to a brand new CRM system from Uptick - Fire & Security Software 🤝 💻 This has been a mammoth task behind the scenes for the past few months and we are now up and running with the new system. All of our office staff and engineers are now using the new software and we are confident of the positive impact it will bring to all our operations from scheduling, quotes, reporting and inspections. 📋 This change will also enable us to roll out a dedicated customer portal for all our clients, which provides direct visibility of all their compliance data, including maintenance certification, job history and system status reports. 👀 Further announcements regarding this exciting feature will be communicated in due course. 🫶 We are excited for this new era of the company and cannot wait to see firsthand the benefits its implementation will bring to both our staff and customers. #switchtoscope #crm #software #newera #fire

💨  Smoke extraction and control system 🪛 Our engineers Jordan and Will have recently been to Stretford to upgrade and reinstate a previously decommissioned fire system. The fire alarm control panel works to control a smoke extraction system. 💨 When a zone is activated, powered extractor fans engage to remove smoke from the area and out of the building. This type of set up is particularly useful in the stairwells of high rise buildings and multifloored living accommodation, to aid with safe evacuation and limit damage to the building in the event of a fire, there are over ride controls in each area for the fire and rescue service to use as they see fit according to the smoke control strategy 🚒 👍 Alongside this, we installed power supply monitoring to all parts of the system to achieve full compliance and peace of mind, as always giving the customer ‘Total trust.
