    🐢 Slow & Steady Wins the Race 🐢 After working with founders and entrepreneurs for over a decade, one thing stands out—they LOVE speed (myself included). The rush from momentum is exhilarating and addictive. However, this hyper-speed pace isn't sustainable. Seven years ago, it led me to burnout, forcing a six-month hiatus. The cost to your health and relationships is too high for short-term gains. While rapid progress feels great and yields quick results, it often comes at a significant cost. At SalesClosers, our clients initially find our slower, more deliberate approach challenging. We intentionally pace the process, building the sales structure block-by-block, step-by-step, ensuring a solid foundation. Behind the scenes of many successful businesses, there is often utter chaos. Sustainable success requires time and effort upfront. There are no shortcuts. If you're seeking overnight success with a sales agency, SalesClosers isn't the right fit.     LJ here with a quick business update from SalesClosers HQ. I wanted to take a moment to celebrate Vince Haarhoff, who has recently been promoted from Recruitment Lead to the role of Sales Coach! 🎉 🎉 Vince has been with us for nearly 2 years and as we have scaled, he has been willing to adapt to what the business requires at any given point. It's been a joy to watch him develop over the last few years. He has an innate ability to build deep, meaningful connections, unlike many other people I've come across in life... which is absolutely critical when it comes to sales. This trait, combined with his seemingly natural instinct to encourage others has undoubtedly helped to build our reputation within the remote sales community to what it is today. I know that many sales pros within our network will miss connecting with him regularly to discuss new opportunities... However, those that join our internal sales team to work with our end clients, now get to benefit from being coached by him on a regular basis! He LOVES sales and I know he's going to thrive in his new role. Please join me in congratulating Vince!

    We are Hiring for a Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant Location: 100% Remote Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 + commission per annum The Company SalesClosers is a small, but rapidly growing remote sales agency, which supports high-ticket service businesses across the globe to scale faster, by outsourcing their sales conversations to experienced sales professionals. We offer both fully managed sales outsourcing services, as well as contracting and direct recruitment services for remote salespeople.  Due to an internal promotion, we now require a full-time Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Role Overview We are searching for an experienced Recruiter to handle recruitment for our direct hire service clients and in-house hiring needs. In this role, you will liaise with clients from onboarding, through to negotiation and acceptance of the position you are hiring for.  You will source candidates from our database and external sources, sift applications, perform interviews and also conduct sales role-plays. To ensure success in this role, you should be skilled at identifying high-value candidates, and successful at matching people to different roles and organizations. The ability to understand our clients’ long-term goals and the working culture, will be essential to hiring the best people for the role. 🔴 Please note that there will be very minimal front-end sales required in this role as our sales team deals with enquiries and new clients will be passed to recruitment to fulfil the delivery of the project. 🔴 This role offers an excellent opportunity for career progression, as you will work in a fast-paced, start-up environment, that is currently experiencing rapid growth so there will be an opportunity to grow a team. 🔴 As this is a fully remote position, we will consider applications from across the globe, but you must be prepared to work full-time hours.
