Last Tuesday was a significant day at RSS Global as our Menopause Matters Employee Resource Group hosted an enlightening webinar on menopause. We were privileged to have Victoria Hardy (Victoria Hardy), renowned author and social media influencer known as @Ginge_Unhinged on Instagram, share her powerful, raw, and real experiences. Diagnosed as menopausal at age 33 and overcoming hormonal mental illness, Victoria champions a message of inclusivity and empowerment. Her approach transcends age and gender, equipping everyone to tackle this taboo head-on. Victoria's talk was not only emotional but also incredibly informative. Her candidness gave us the tools and knowledge needed to have more informed discussions with healthcare professionals and support those experiencing menopause. The session concluded with a Q&A, allowing employees to engage directly with Victoria. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing gratitude for the insights shared. Comments like "Thank you for sharing, Victoria. I found the whole call so informative, and it has given me the tools to discuss further with my GP" and "Thank you so much for sharing your story and advice. You're brilliant! I have found this session super helpful. I'm off now to buy your book," highlighted the impact of the webinar.
