We are thrilled to announce Wendy Freeman, Care Home Educator and Clinical Facilitator, as one of our speakers at this October's Annual Conference. Wendy has worked for Isabel Hospice for over 33 years. During this time she has worked in various roles managing community services, day services as well as being a Nurse Specialist. Wendy now uses her knowledge and experience in her role as Education Specialist for care homes in East and North Herts. The popular Taylor Trek is back on Sunday 13th October 2024. This year we are teaming up with fellow charity Rennie Grove Peace. Both charities will work together to make year three bigger and better than ever, with funds raised split evenly between them. There are fantastic opportunities for sponsors to get involved and connect directly with hundreds of people whilst supporting your community and two well established charities.
