It was an inspiring day filled with determination, support, and lots of fun. 🎲 Manila Team Celebrates Women in Engineering Day: Our Manila Women in RED members came together to celebrate Women in Engineering Day with an evening full of games and entertainment. 🏆 Ireland Office's Dublin Treasure Hunt: The streets of Dublin became a playground for our Ireland team as they embarked on a local treasure hunt and a fantastic day of teamwork and problem-solving! These events not only strengthen our teams but also remind us of the importance of celebrating our unique contributions and achievements. We are proud to announce that RED Engineering Design has been awarded Gold in Mind’s Workplace Wellbeing Index 2023/24.   The Index sets a benchmark for best policy and practice in workplace wellbeing designed to celebrate the fantastic work employers are doing to promote positive mental health.   At RED, we have made a long-term commitment to supporting the mental health of our staff.   𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀/𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲: • Access to support resources, such as 26 trained Mental Health First Aiders, internal Wellbeing Handbook, Employee Assistance Programme, Online Physiotherapy Service, Bereavement Counselling, and more • Calendar of events including online webinars and workshops covering health and wellbeing topics • Annual “RED Wellness Week” encouraging employees to take time away from work to take part in an activity for the benefit of their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing • Line Manager mental health awareness training and refresher sessions   Laura Olivia Franks, HR Generalist, said: “Since joining RED in 2021, I have been working alongside Lucy Clegg to lead our RED Wellness initiative.
