    5 simple steps to make sure your job advert is written in human and not HR-bot… 🔴 Common Phrases in Job Ads: WhatJobs, found the most used phrases in your job adverts on their site were "fast-paced", "dynamic", "team player", “impeccable” and "can-do attitude." Adzuna found a similar list including "communication skills", "passionate", "motivated" and "track record". These phrases can make your job advert sound roBOTic 🤖 If all adverts say the same thing, why would a candidate spend the time reading yours? 💜 Instead: 1.
