The team at Orchard House and community members were excited to finally hand over their homegrown vegetables and herbs to the Feed Fenland project. With the support of Tescos, Little Miracles and the members of the Fenland Orchard Project, the teams could sow seeds in their greenhouse and harvest fresh produce to fight hunger. Everyone was incredibly proud and eagerly awaited the moment to present the fruits of their labour. A huge congratulations to Sian, Lifestyle Lead at Manton Heights, on completing her DOVES training. The Development through Observation, Validation, Enrichment, and Sharing of Knowledge programme is designed to enhance staff members' understanding of residents living with dementia, enabling them to cater to their needs more effectively. This initiative has been a real success, empowering team members and better equipping them after completing the sessions. Sian has expressed great satisfaction with the training, sharing that the DOVES course has been intense, but she has learned so much over the last 5 months and is extremely proud of herself.

The sun is out, and the fetes have begun. With BBQ, tombola, cake stalls, music, and more, the Woodlands Summer Fete event was a blast.
